You / Your – Refers to any user, customer, or visitor to the Site
Site – The website ISO27001PRO.COM and all related content
Product(s) – Digital templates, toolkits, policies, and resources available for purchase
Content – All materials and information available through the Site
License – The limited usage rights granted to you after purchase
Fee – The price you pay for any Product(s)

3. Using the Site

The Site is intended to support businesses and individuals preparing for ISO 27001 certification. We are not affiliated with ISO or any official certification body. Purchasing Products does not guarantee certification. You may use our Products for your own business or for assisting clients, but not for resale or public sharing. You are responsible for local legal compliance when using the Site from outside the UK.

4. License

After purchasing any Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your own internal or client-related business purposes. Consultants may use the Products across multiple clients but may not resell or redistribute the files themselves. You may make backup copies for your own use only.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Sell, share, or sublicense the Products
• Upload or host them publicly
• Reverse engineer or modify them for resale
• Use them in competition with ISO27001PRO.COM

6. Fees and Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not collect or store any payment details. All financial transactions are subject to the terms of those providers.

7. Delivery and Access

Digital Products are available for download immediately after payment. Download links may expire after 7 days unless lifetime access is clearly included on the product page. We recommend saving a local backup.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us for support.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, and materials on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not gain ownership of any rights by purchasing our Products. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or branding.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Product in question. We cannot guarantee ISO certification as this is subject to external audits and your own implementation.
